Terms and Conditions
Terms:
- Payment in full prior to shipping.
- COD orders not accepted.
- Seven day return privilege on regular issue bezels.
- 2% late fee charge per month on accounts over 30 days past due.
Pricing:
- All orders are priced at $400.00 gold and $5.00 silver.
- Market price changes may result in increases or decreases.
Custom Orders:
- We gladly accept custom orders for special coins and medals that are not listed in this website. However, custom orders are subject to a setup charge of $10 per size and style and there are no returns of special orders.
Delivery:
- Shipments are sent UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
- Out-of-stock merchandise is automatically back-ordered.
- Shipping and handling charges are paid for by the customer, including back-orders.
Minimum:
- There is no minimum order. However, orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
Returns:
- You must have authorization to return merchandise.
- NO CASH REFUNDS.
- Returns must be made within 15 days from shipment date.

Weights:
- All weights are approximate and subject to change.
Miscellaneous:
- All bezels include a teardrop bail unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
